A relationship intelligence app that preserves the context behind every professional connection.
Connexa extends LinkedIn with the context and relationship-management tools professionals need after making a connection. Users can connect their professional network, import existing connections, associate contacts with LinkedIn profiles, and add newly captured contacts. Connexa enriches that network with contextual notes, AI summaries, follow-up reminders, and semantic search. Instead of creating another disconnected contact list, Connexa builds on the professional network users already have.
The Challenge
LinkedIn makes it easy to build a professional network, but it does not preserve the context behind in-person relationships. After conferences and business meetings, professionals may remember connecting with someone but forget what they discussed, why the relationship mattered, or what they agreed to do next. Our client wanted to build on top of LinkedIn rather than compete with it, adding the context, memory, and follow-up tools that professional networking was missing.
What We Did
Defined the LinkedIn-Connected Experience
We worked with the client to shape a product built around the professional network users already maintain on LinkedIn.
Built the LinkedIn Integration
We designed workflows for connecting LinkedIn profiles, importing existing connections, and adding newly captured contacts to the user's professional network. The integration was developed within LinkedIn's platform constraints while keeping the experience simple and secure for users.
Added Contact Capture and Context
We implemented business card OCR, LinkedIn QR code scanning, contextual notes, conversation details, and follow-up workflows.
Created the Relationship Intelligence Layer
We added AI-generated summaries of user notes, smart reminders, and semantic search across contacts and conversations. Users can rediscover people through topics, companies, opportunities, or previous discussions without remembering exact names or keywords.
Launched Across Both Platforms
We delivered Connexa for iOS and Android and managed its release on the App Store and Google Play.
