LilyAssist helps school psychologists transform assessment scores, interviews, observations, and other evaluation data into structured, editable report drafts. The platform generates test descriptions, score tables, section summaries, and professional narratives while keeping psychologists in control of interpretation, personalization, and the final report.
The Challenge
School psychologists spend hours preparing comprehensive psychoeducational reports while managing growing caseloads. The reporting process requires bringing together assessment scores, interviews, observations, test descriptions, and professional interpretations. Writing everything manually takes valuable time away from supporting students and increases the risk of inconsistent language and documentation. Our client needed a faster reporting workflow that could reduce repetitive writing while preserving quality, professional judgment, and clinician oversight.
What We Did
Practitioner-Led Discovery
We worked closely with experienced school psychologists to understand real reporting workflows, professional standards, and the language used in psychoeducational evaluations.
Structured the Reporting Process
We created workflows for starting evaluations, entering or uploading assessment scores, capturing interviews and observations, and organizing the information required for each report.
Built an AI-Assisted Narrative Engine
We developed a system that transforms structured evaluation data into editable test descriptions, score tables, section summaries, and parent-friendly narrative drafts. The psychologist remains responsible for interpretation, professional judgment, personalization, and final approval.
Scaled From MVP to SaaS
We delivered a secure subscription platform with user management, report editing, document export, administration tools, and the infrastructure required to support a growing community of practitioners.
